To sign a housing contract we do not need your parent or guardian present.

No problem! We offer a roommate matching service and you can stop by our leasing office to take a look at the profiles of other people needing roommates as well.

Yes!

Most residents will select the guarantor option when they sign their lease. However you can also self qualify or pay the lease term up front as well. For more info contact the leasing office.

We allow anyone to live with us as long as they meet our rental criteria.

Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer.

Our apartments near TAMU will provide cable, internet, water, and sewer.

Yes! The units come fully furnished! (If you already have furniture just let us know!)

We offer individual housing contracts at The Junction. This is a great option for you since each person is responsible for their own portion of the rent and not their roommates.

With the importance of your student’s academic success in mind, The Junction at College Station strives to create a “hassle-free” living environment. Rental rates include cable, internet, water, and sewer with electricity packages available. With individual housing contracts, you and your child are in no way financially responsible for roommates. In addition, the single occupancy bedrooms all each have their own bathroom and every unit has a washer and dryer.
